OBTENGA FUERZA DE SU DEBILIDAD
Jueces 6:12-16

Muchas veces al uno mirar su pasado encuentra una cadena de rechazos, sueños que se desvanecieron y nunca se realizaron, proyectos inconclusos, anhelos que sólo fueron anhelos, pero Él hoy le dice: "No importa tu pasado, a partir de ahora Yo estoy contigo". Esto marca la diferencia, todo cambia cuando Dios llega a su vida.

Cuando Pablo escribe a los corintios, dice: "Se siembra en deshonra, resucitará en gloria; se siembra en debilidad, resucitará en poder" (1 Corintios 15:43). Esta declaración nos lleva a entender que para que una debilidad se transforme en una fortaleza, se debe sembrar, esto es, desprenderse de ella y depositarla al pie de la Cruz, para que la muerte de Jesús la absorba. Cuando esto suceda, experimentaremos que el mismo poder que resucitó a Jesús de entre los muertos, nos vivificará y nos levantaremos con la misma fuerza que Él. No sentiremos ningún temor de avanzar porque sabemos que toda nuestra debilidad ya fue doblegada por Jesús de Nazaret en la Cruz. El escritor a los hebreos, refiriéndose a los héroes de la fe dijo: "...apagaron fuegos impetuosos, evitaron filo de espada, sacaron fuerzas de debilidad, se hicieron fuertes en batallas, pusieron en fuga ejércitos extranjeros" (Hebreos 11:34).


Conquistando la debilidad
Cada persona sabe cual ha sido su debilidad personal. Esta debilidad muchas veces no permite que la unción de Dios fluya plenamente en nuestra vida.

El temor es el mayor enemigo de la unción. El temor es un predicador del infierno que se para al lado de la persona y, cuando en el corazón quiere dar un paso hacia la conquista, esa voz dice: 'no puedes hacerlo'. Saca un argumento del pasado y dice: 'yo conozco tu vida. Cuando ese ataque viene a su mente usted debe decir: "A partir de ahora Dios está conmigo y Su fuerza es mi fuerza", esto es lo que marca la diferencia. Todo aquello nos sucedió antes porque Dios no estaba con nosotros, lo hacíamos en nuestras fuerzas, pero ahora Él está con nosotros. Entonces debe decirle al temor: 'antes te temía pero ahora no, ahora te reprendo, te vas de mi vida en el Nombre de Jesús'. Al temor hay que enfrentarlo, no huirle. Gedeón vivió huyendo, pero debió enfrentar aquello que más temía. Usted hoy puede enfrentar lo que teme porque ya no está solo, ahora Dios está con usted.

La inferioridad es el espíritu que le hace sentirse incapaz, que no tiene valor, que no es importante. Este sentir controló por un tiempo a Gedeón. Pero hoy usted joven, debe saber que Dios lo valora y tiene grandes bendiciones para usted.

El negativismo es un espíritu que controla los pensamientos y hace ver la adversidad más grande de lo que verdaderamente es. Cuando la persona va a conquistar algo, inmediatamente el negativismo susurra: 'no puedes porque es algo muy grande' y esa persona dice: 'no lo había tenido en cuenta'; baja la cabeza y se hace a un lado.


Para vencer el negativismo, el cual nos ha acompañado por años, debemos apropiarnos de esta promesa: "ve con esta tu fuerza". Aceptar que la fuerza de Dios es mi fuerza, esta es la única manera de vencerlo. ¿Esa adversidad será más grande que Dios? ¿Tendrá más fuerza que Él? Alguien dijo: 'Dios y yo somos mayoría'; cuando uno tiene la fuerza de conquista, no hay desafíos que no se puedan alcanzar, no hay muralla que no pueda derribarse, no hay ejército que no se pueda conquistar. Todo lo puede uno porque tiene la fuerza de Dios en su interior.
Dios no requirió mayor cosa de Gedeón, sino su disposición, y él fue luego un espectador de lo que Dios hacía.


Rinda hoy su debilidad al pie de la Cruz y verá de qué manera el Señor la transforma en una gran fortaleza.





DRAW STRENGTH FROM WEAKNESS
Judges 6:12-16

Many times when you look at your past, you can find a chain of rejection, of broken dreams, of unfinished projects, and of unfulfilled desires. But, today God says, "Your past does not matter. From now on, I am with you." This is what makes the difference. Everything changes when God comes into your life.

When Paul wrote to the Corinthians, he said, "It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power" (1 Corinthians 15:43). This helps us understand that in order to transform our weakness into strength, the weaknesses must be sown. That is, to release them at the foot of the Cross so the death of Christ can absorb them. When this happens, we experience the same power that raised Jesus from the dead. It quickens us and raises us up with the same power. We will no longer feel any fear to advance because we know that all of our weaknesses have been yielded to Jesus at the Cross. The writer of Hebrews, referring to the heroes of faith, says that they "quenched the fury of the flames and escaped the edge of the sword; whose weakness was turned to strength and who became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies" (Hebrews 11:34).

It is not in our strength that we obtain the victory. We know that human strength invalidates God's strength. When the angel said, "in your strength," he was directing him to give place in his life to God's strength. This is what some identify as the anointing of God.

Identifying and Confronting
What has your weakness been? Everyone knows what his or her own weakness is. What are the enemies of the anointing of God in us?

Fear is the greatest enemy to the anointing. Fear is a preacher from hell who stands next to someone. When we are ready to conquer, this voice says, "You can't do it."
He brings arguments from the past and says, "I know your life." This preacher may know your past, but he does not know your future. When you say, "From now on, God is with me and His strength is my strength," a difference is made. All those things in your past happened because God was not with you when you did things in our own strength. However, now God is with you. Then, you must tell this preacher, "Before, I feared you. Now, I don't anymore. I bind you fear. Leave my life in Jesus' name!" There is sure victory because fear has been confronted, not fled from. You can confront what you fear because you are not alone anymore; God is with you now.

Inferiority is a spirit that makes you feel incapable. It makes you feel that you have no courage and that you are not important. This spirit controlled Gideon for a long time.

Negativity is a spirit that controls your thoughts. It makes you see adversity bigger than it really is. When a person sets out to conquer something, immediately negativity whispers, "You can't, it's too big." Then the person says, "I hadn't thought of that," he bows his head and dismisses it.

Overcoming Negativity
To overcome negativity, which has tormented us for years, we must appropriate this promise: "Go in your strength." Accepting God's strength as our strength is the only way to defeat negativity. Can this adversity be greater than God? Can it be stronger than God? Someone said, "God and I are the majority." When we have the strength to conquer, there are no breaches we cannot cross. There are no walls that will not come down, and there is no army that cannot be defeated. We can do anything because God's strength is in us. God did not require something great from Gideon, just his disposition. So, Gideon became a spectator of what God was doing.

Surrender your weakness at the foot of the Cross and you will see how the Lord transforms it into great strength.
